POUNCE WHEEL 7/16" Swivel-Lock Tracing Wheel

7/16 inch Swivel Pounce Wheel or Tracing Wheel.  Has 15 teeth per inch.   Wheel locks for straight work.  Beveled both sides to center. Has 5" long  x 5/16" diameter aluminum handle with textured cross-hatch in aluminum for secure grip.   May be swiveled to follow around in circles and curves or locked for straight work, for tracing quilt patterns and aluminum foil splicing.

For pattern making, sign painters, dress makers, quilters.  Transfer patterns by tracing wheel over design lines.  Create indented or perforated designs on papers for handmade cards and scrapbooking.   This is not a heavy paper perforating tool.
