Pergamano Stencil BELLS #33309

Pergamano^® Stencil BELLS includes a numbered illustration that can be used to create different combinations and variations for holiday and anniversary designs.  The stencil also includes a decorative edge that can be stencilled and embossed.

Stencils are self-adhesive so they stay in place while you rub the color.  Stencils are especially created for the stencilling technique developed by Pergamano^® instructors.  With this technique, first apply pastel crayon along the edges of the stencil,  then rub the crayon into the opening.  A numbered example is enclosed in the package to illustrate and simplify the technique.  Follow the numbers in the example to create the desired image.  Stencil design by Jannie van Schuylenburg.
