Pergamano Four-in-Four Perforating Tool has four needles set in a square pattern with smaller square of four needles in the center of the first square -- forms a "square-in-square" pattern. You can easily cut the small perforated square into a cross. Cross will be slightly larger than cross you could make with the 4-needle tool.
