2-SPLIT TOOL Perforating Tool -- from Pergamano. 
Helpful tool for cutting perforations along outlines and contour lines. Insert 2-needle tool into paper at slight angle -- the connection breaks immediately so you no longer need to cut it. The results are beautiful. It should be noted, however, that this tool does not produce the refinement of a cut edge. (Dot illustration enlarged.)
