Create your own MOBILE with Arti'Stick transparent, luminous paints and pre-formed wire frames.   Kits include all wire parts to create a mobile.   Arti'Stick paint colors are opaque when wet and brilliant and transparent when dry.   Set contains:

• Paint your design onto a clear plastic sheet with colored gel paints -- all tubes have nozzle so it is easy to draw or fill-in -- no brush required.
• Let painted design dry -- generally takes 24-36 hours
• Peel design off sheet and assemble your mobile!
